Responsibilities
Initiate, schedule and host VPR Review meetings and take minutes/actions
Contact Technical Quality Manager (TQM) for status updates (e.g. confirmation of GoLive)
Follow-up on Activities and update them in CRM
Enhance the documentation in the VPR Sharepoint Homepage
Scan the VPR Inbox and assign tasks
Update documentation of processes and handbooks
Use SAP Analytics Cloud / Dashboards and SAP CRM to generate monthly VPR NA Newsletters
Summarize VPR survey results
Familiarity with SAP system will be an advantage
Update our VPR Chatbot with new information
Create/update Customer Cases in CRM@SAP
Analyze customer lists and identify cleanup tasks
Test new App’s on the basis of test cases
Participate in team meetings, review the ongoing patterns and trends of work and propose potential mechanisms for improvement and simplification
Qualification
Required
Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business, or related field
Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor's, master's or JD/PhD program
Ability to manage data and experience with CRM are an advantage
Strong dedication to follow up on open tasks
High sense for transparent reporting and simple information design
Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, MS Teams, Outlook
Preferred
Familiarity with SAP system is preferred
