Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer trends, competitive positioning, and regional performance variations to identify growth opportunities and best practices
Design and enable programs that translate strategic insights into practical tools and processes regional teams can execute
Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clear data-driven rationale and implementation roadmaps
Influence regional leaders to adopt new approaches by demonstrating clear value and providing the support needed for successful implementation that drives revenue
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in business administration, business or data analytics or finance
MBA preferred (or foreign degree equivalent or the relevant scientific business/commercial experience) with 8 – 10 years appropriate experience
Proven track record of turning market analysis into revenue-driving programs
Experience working across multiple regions or business units
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns in complex data sets
Excellent communication skills
