Responsibilities

Build, manage and grow channel partner sales pipeline
Build, manage and grow direct sales pipeline
Quickly develop and maintain strong product knowledge and able to demonstrate value to prospects
Follow documented sales process and tasks
Apply PairSoft's consultative sales process, reporting requirements and policies
Maintain sales records in Salesforce system and other tools
Consistently meet or exceed quota goals

Required

Minimum completed high school level education, bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years technology sales / SaaS experience with a strong track record exceeding quota
Ability to consistently close deals through pipeline management and negotiation skills
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, high energy and demonstrated team player. Hunter style personality is highly preferred
Ability to work under minimal supervision yet understand the need for regular communication and coordination with management
Detailed oriented and outstanding organizations skills
Creative problem-solving skills required

Preferred

Accounting / AP or document / workflow management solution sales experience strongly preferred
Understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite and Sage Intacct Channel a plus
Experience with Business Process Automation or ERP a plus
