They are seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to join their team, responsible for bank account reconciliations, assisting with broker commissions, and ensuring documentation integrity for SOX controls.

Bank account reconciliations
Other finance and accounting duties as assigned by CFO/Controller
Assist CFO with monthly processing of broker commissions
Ensure integrity and quality of documentation involving SOX controls, testing and results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in accounting or a related field
3-5 years of accounting experience (bank recs a must), SOX experience a plus but not required
Good understanding of accounting principles
Ability to perform simple accounting procedures
Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures
Basic data entry and/or word processing skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Access, Outlook, and Word
Tech Savvy and ability to learn new systems quickly
Ability to communicate/work effectively with team and management
Ability to maintain detailed, accurate records
Ability to work with a large volume of numbers accurately and efficiently
Good critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish a variety of tasks or demands
Ability to manage projects and complete tasks by meeting timelines and goals
Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software
Preferred
Business Central experience a plus
