Responsibilities
Launch AI-powered features that transform the patient experience
Explore how AI can support patients before, during, and after care
Partner with clinicians, designers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and test AI solutions with patients
Ensure clinical standards are met
Identify what’s possible and balance innovation with responsibility
Explore how cutting-edge technology enhances human care
Make it easier for patients to engage meaningfully with their therapy journey
Qualification
Required
7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years in lead-level roles building user-facing AI features
Strong execution and delivery skills: ability to scope MVPs, align stakeholders, and ship quality products in ambiguous 0 → 1 environments
Successfully led the development and launch of 0 → 1 products and had those products achieve significant adoption and engagement
Excellent communication skills, especially in translating clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks
Experience managing highly cross-functional teams that include subject-matter experts and clinical leadership
Ability to summarize tradeoffs and make clear decisions in ambiguous situations
Preferred
Experience with core AI/ML technologies (e.g., prompting, RAG, and evaluations)
Demonstrated ability to set a holistic product vision while executing iteratively
