Legal Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and grow a team of legal operations professionals across a range of functions
Oversee key pre-litigation workflows—including claim initiation, medical record retrieval, police report follow-ups, and lien resolution
Drive quality and throughput across high-volume personal injury caseloads
Collaborate cross-functionally with paralegals, engineers, and leadership to improve processes
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions
Maintain high-touch communication with law firm partners and internal stakeholders
Cultivate a culture of excellence, accountability, and client-centered service
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in legal operations, healthcare, insurance, or other operational settings
Alternatively, 5+ years of experience as a PI attorney with a clear track record of involvement in operational improvements, process development, or team coordination
Strong people management experience, particularly in leading large or diverse teams
Highly process-driven and excel in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Clear and effective communication with both clients and attorneys
Passionate about building scalable systems and improving access to justice
