Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair brake systems, including discs, drums, rotors, calipers, hoses, and master cylinders
Perform front-end repairs and alignments, including suspension components such as ball joints, tie rods, control arms, struts, and shocks
Conduct road tests to ensure repairs are completed to manufacturer and safety standards
Accurately document all work performed and recommended maintenance on repair orders
Follow Ford repair procedures and use factory-approved equipment and tools
Communicate with service advisors and management regarding repair progress and any additional needed work
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Ensure compliance with dealership safety policies and procedures
Stay up to date on Ford technical bulletins and training requirements
Qualification
Required
Full time availability. You'll also need to be at least 18 years old
A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Experience driving a range of vehicles; manual transmission a plus
Exceptional commitment to safety
Strong sense of accountability
Excellent communication and a positive attitude
An eye for presentation and detail
