Responsibilities
Serve as Zillow’s expert and thought leader on offsite advertising trends and capabilities
Own the end-to-end ideation, evaluation, execution, and iteration of offsite ad products
Quantify and prioritize opportunities by business impact to develop and maintain a product roadmap
Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and product teams to support ad data collection and metrics reporting
Present offsite ad data trends and insights to senior leadership
Influence other product teams’ roadmaps to drive ad tests and optimize the core ad experience
Work closely with a highly motivated, cross-functional team in an agile environment
Communicate plans, status, and outcomes regularly with partners
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management or marketing with ad technology and/or ad buying experience of $30M+
Hands-on experience building, integrating, or managing Ad Tech products for Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), CTV, OLV, and OOH technologies
Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., OpenRTB, VAST) and the ad tech stack (supply-side and demand-side)
Experience with buy and sell side programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Magnite, Criteo) and knowledge of deal structures
Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in ad performance through creative testing and iteration
Ability to define and prioritize product objectives using data aligned to business strategy
Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating high-quality product briefs and presentations
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence and resolve challenges
