Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned electrical transmission, distribution, or substation projects within the Central Division
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure efficient execution
Lead project meetings and coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals
Track and forecast project costs, labor productivity, and material usage to ensure profitability and budget compliance
Oversee project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and closeout materials
Ensure strict adherence to PAR Electrical’s safety policies, quality standards, and environmental regulations
Monitor field performance, identify potential risks, and implement corrective action as needed
Prepare progress reports and financial updates for leadership and clients
Support bid preparation, estimates, and business development activities as requested
Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement across all project stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
3–5 years of progressive project management experience within the electrical utility or heavy civil construction industry
Strong understanding of transmission, distribution, or substation construction methods and field operations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and financial goals
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to build lasting client and team relationships
