Responsibilities
Receiving and coordinating incoming calls
Ensuring that resident and visitor’s needs are being met in a timely and efficient manner
Maintaining a high level of customer service
Participating in person-centered, individualized care activities
Assisting in the continuity of the exchange of information between departments
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year experience in long-term care or a healthcare environment preferred
Exceptional customer service, communication and organizational skills, especially with cognitively impaired residents
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work and communicate effectively with others as well as function independently
Knowledge of and follow through with universal precautions
