Responsibilities
Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and C# .Net programming languages
Translate complex functional and technical requirements into sprint plans and release schedules
Ensure alignment of custom applications with enterprise architecture standards and principles
Estimate customization efforts and apply SharePoint and Azure architecture patterns
Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services and third-party APIs
Customize SharePoint branding and user interfaces
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-centric solutions
Ensure the security and integrity of SharePoint data and applications
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain SharePoint applications using client-side and server-side technologies
Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint features, updates, and best practices
Create and maintain solution roadmaps and architecture standards
Present solutions to clients and stakeholders with consulting aptitude
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in SharePoint development (Online and/or On-Premises)
Experience with client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
Familiarity with server-side technologies such as C# .NET, and PowerShell
Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Graph API
Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and content management
Familiarity building GitHub actions for continuous integration and deployment
Adept at version control and pull request processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
