Preparing Financial Statement Audits
Selling services
Budgeting/Leading Engagements
Providing CAS/CFO Services to Middle-market Businesses
Reviewing Colleagues' Audit paperwork
Working closely with clients as main point of contact
Obtaining all necessary information and documents for audit
Helping uphold company policies and best practices
Overseeing and mentoring junior accountants
Qualification
Required
8+ Years of Public Accounting Experience
Active CPA REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and nonprofit reporting standards (FASB, OMB Uniform Guidance)
Proven ability to manage audit teams, review workpapers, and oversee engagement performance
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both for-profit and nonprofit clients
Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and meeting engagement deadlines
