Solar Service Coordinator

Freedom Solar Power is one of the largest solar installation companies in the United States, dedicated to quality craftsmanship and outstanding customer service. They are seeking a customer service-oriented Service Coordinator to provide exceptional customer experience while managing inquiries related to solar system service calls and ensuring efficient communication between customers and service technicians.

Responsibilities

Monitoring customer solar systems and educating homeowners on system efficiency and productivity

Creating and tracking work orders and workflow maintenance requests in a timely manner

Handling invoicing for all service tickets and coordinating payment with accounting

Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer support

Serving as a liaison between our customers and technicians

Working with scheduling to confirm service visits

Answering customer concerns or service requests regarding their solar products

Understanding the freedom Solar Power products and the installation process to answer questions

Assist with other duties and tasks outside of our day-to-day duties

Perform additional tasks as assigned

Solar experience

Escalation experience

At least 1 year of high-volume customer engagement experience

Must be able to multitask and handle working under pressure

Strong computer skills

Must possess professionalism and a positive attitude

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to handle high-stress calls and customer escalations

Working knowledge of the solar industry, installation processes, or electrical

Highly organized with the ability to self-manage

Ability to manage projects in pipelines

Team mentality

Flexible to change

Prior solar experience in monitoring, sales, or service capacity is a strong plus!
