Tri-State Forest Products is a family owned and operated business and the leading wholesale building materials distributor in the Mid-West. The Outside Sales Specialist will be responsible for cultivating new sales opportunities and developing strong relationships with customers to enhance company performance.

Responsibilities
Cultivate new sales opportunities with new and existing customers
Developing and maintaining good working relationships with customers
Work to positively impact product penetration and mix with all customers to improve company performance
Provide outstanding customer service and post sales satisfaction, facilitating long-term relationships for repeat business
Working closely with the other salespeople within the company
Qualification
Required
Strong sales experience
Outstanding relationship building skills
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be dependable
Effective communication skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail
Ability to drive 800-1200 miles weekly
Preferred
Experience in building material industry preferred not required
