As an Operations Technology Specialist, you will support the affordable housing portfolio by working on Property Management Software implementation and customer support, ensuring efficient transitions and resolving software inquiries.

Responsibilities
Gather required documentation for property management system product implementations, ensuring all necessary information is compiled for a smooth transition
Complete implementations within established timelines, ensuring all milestones are met and the process is executed efficiently
Contribute to the Single Stack conversion process, spanning 18-24 months, ensuring careful coordination and execution of the project
Ensure all support issues are logged and resolved or assigned appropriately within the financial service desk system, prioritizing tasks and addressing recurring issues efficiently
Troubleshoot and support RA regional staff with RealPage software inquiries, coordinating meetings with system administrators and regional staff to resolve site-specific issues
Stay updated on policy changes and ensure updates are communicated effectively regarding system-level documentation and processes
Perform additional duties and contribute to special projects as assigned by the Operations Technology Manager
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in property management system implementation, IT systems, or operations within the real estate or affordable housing industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess system data, identify trends, and recommend improvements
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on user support and system optimization
Dedicated to exceeding expectations, leading by example, and by providing exceptional service
Willingness to embrace feedback and continuously improve
