Responsibilities
Execute and review corporate accounts payable transactions with speed, accuracy, and ownership
Proactively identify process inefficiencies and partner with leadership to recommend and implement improvements
Reconcile AP aging reports, resolve payment variances, and support month-end close activities
Respond to inquiries from branch controllers and cross-functional teams with a problem-solving mindset
Manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Take initiative on special projects, automation efforts, and tool enhancements that drive operational excellence
Build strong, trusted relationships with internal and external business partners - delivering top-tier customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years in accounts payable or corporate accounting (multi-entity environment a plus)
Knowledgeable in proper accounting principles (US GAAP)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and VicAI strongly preferred
Preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
