Responsibilities

5-10 years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications
5-10 years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications, ArcGIS Developer, ArcGIS Desktop, ArcMap
Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .Net (C#)
Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites
System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems
Publish services and administer user roles and privileges
Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc
Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt
Provide status of the tickets to the client SME
Troubleshooting and problem resolution for issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications
Account administration/troubleshooting administration and testing of Enterprise GIS and Database Projects
