Responsibilities
Maintaining, configuring, and optimizing the Source-to-Pay (S2P) system to support efficient procurement operations
Partnering with procurement, sourcing, and vendor management teams to translate business needs into effective system solutions
Ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency
Managing user access and providing end-user support
Troubleshooting system issues and improving catalog and workflow processes
Coordinating with vendors on system updates and enhancements
Supporting testing, documentation, reporting, and change management efforts to drive continuous improvement and user adoption of the S2P platform
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 Yrs. Experience as a System Analyst / Administrator
Source-To-Pay System Experience: i.e., Coupa, SAP Ariba, Zycus
Proficiency in Supplier Onboarding
Proficient in cXML integration configurations
Experience in Procurement / Invoicing / Sourcing, Catalog Management, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Expense Management, business performance benchmarking
Strong written and oral communication skills including ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical/ Problem Solving Skills
Strong process management skills
Strong aptitude in Reporting and data analysis
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented, and time-sensitive environment
Experience in using an ERP system or Cloud Procurement System
Change Management Experience
Project Management Experience
Lean Six Sigma
Process Mapping Expertise
Ability to Create Standard Operating Procedures
Strong team player, with the innate ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships
