Responsibilities

Leads with objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management
Formulates general policies, procedures and regulations for leadership
Implements directions and management of day-to-day operations by coordinating functions of the advisory, administrative, and technical staffs to evaluate or improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of the Division and its programs
Performs special studies, prepare reports, manage records, spaces, equipment utilization or similar management systems

U.S. Citizenship is required

Applicant must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below
You may qualify at the GS-13 level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your ability to assist facilitating manpower program analyses, policy guidance to office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and Defense Agencies
Experience may pertain to the management of Active Duty and Reserve military end strength requirements and joint assignments
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs and other organizations
