They are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join their Server Arch PMO team, responsible for leading project management and cross-functional collaboration to optimize project delivery and enhance efficiency across various technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead project management and cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch, scrum delivery, resource planning, and create processes that enable teams to move quickly and efficiently for the Server Arch team

Lead projects related to data center cost optimization, data center system construction, and stability optimization

Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline project management methodologies, and drive standardization across projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and internal partners (Systems, Infrastructure, Video Architecture, Data Platform, AML, Recommendation) to ensure clear communication, alignment, and support for the project objectives

Communicate project and scrum status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership. Ensure project and related delivery documents are complete, accurate, and available for review by all parts of the organization

Monitor the efficiency of product and tech team delivery with key metrics and provide deep insights regarding delivery efficiency, along with practical suggestions to enhance it

Maintain the team's focus on strategy and goal-oriented results when tackling complex problems

Required

Bachelor‘s degree or above

Extensive direct project management or related work experience

Excellent organizational and time management skills; impeccable attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate, foster relationships and work cross-functionally, especially with global, diverse teams in multiple time-zones

Preferred

Experience in infrastructure and cloud technologies, with understanding of cost optimization strategies and infrastructure build-up

Experience in stability, engineering quality/efficiency, and architecture evaluation projects
