IT Technical Manager
Grand River Health is a community-focused healthcare provider serving Western Colorado. The IT Technical Manager will lead IT teams, oversee daily operations, and ensure technology systems support patient care and comply with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the IT technical team, ensuring quality, accuracy, and excellent support for users
Occasional on-call duties
Oversee daily IT operations of systems, networks, servers, applications, and help desk support
Manage technical projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
Allocate resources, assign work, and monitor team progress
Collaborate with department managers to set priorities and meet service expectations
Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and system outages
Maintain IT policies, security protocols, and compliance with healthcare regulations
Participate hands-on in troubleshooting, system configuration, and maintenance
Monitor internal and vendor issue tracking to ensure timely resolution
Support process improvements, documentation, and tracking of key IT metrics
Contribute to IT planning, budgeting, and reporting to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, VMware, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL) preferred
5+ years of experience in managing and maintaining a complex IT infrastructure, systems administration, and network management
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience supporting Electronic Health Record systems and clinical technologies is highly desirable
