The Senior Manager – Business Development (Payments) will be responsible for expanding Algorand's presence in the global payments ecosystem by sourcing, negotiating, and closing integration partnerships with various payment infrastructure providers.

Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and close integration partnerships with global payments infrastructure providers (payment orchestrators, PSPs, stablecoin issuers, and wallet platforms)

Drive the expansion of the Algorand network by adding support for Algorand assets across key distribution venues such as neobanks, wallets, and fintechs

Develop and execute go-to-market initiatives with partners to grow transaction and settlement volume on Algorand

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic payments integrations, managing opportunities from initial contact through signed agreements and activation

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of integrations

Track and report on partnership performance, identifying opportunities to deepen integrations and increase payment flows

Represent Algorand Foundation externally at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as a trusted and credible business development lead

Work cross-functionally with marketing, developer relations, and ecosystem growth teams to maximize the impact of payments initiatives
