Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic initiatives to optimize capacity across Amazon's Flex network
Lead end-to-end network capacity planning and optimization, with focus on rural markets
Drive data-informed decisions through advanced analytics and performance metrics
Design and implement scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
Manage cross-functional programs spanning Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, Technology, and Finance teams
Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure service quality and operational excellence
Spearhead process automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead strategic planning for inventory management and transportation optimization

Required

5+ years of program or project management experience
5+ years of supply chain experience

Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
