Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities
Outreach: Engage with new prospects via cold calling or LinkedIn DM’ing to convert qualified leads into meetings
Field Sales: Identify and convert new prospects at tradeshows and conferences, and industry social events
Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Growth, and CEO to refine and execute Top of Funnel strategy
Qualification
Required
1+ years as a SDR (new grads okay)
Proven track record of exceeding quota in past sales roles
Fearless when talking to new people and a motivated self-starter, eager to consistently take on new challenges
Comfortable with on-the-phone and in-person rejection, and ability to keep following up with prospects
Excellent Communicator: Articulates value proposition clearly and deeply understands customer pain points
Excited to contribute to a strong culture, working together IRL in our NYC office 5 days a week
Able to travel to conferences (~30%)
Familiarity with CRM tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn, and modern AI sales tools like Clay
Preferred
Experience working for companies focused on AI applications in vertical markets
