Senior LevelSoftlight is creating product and design agents that help discover what to build. As a founding member, you will work closely with the founders and early team to build the product and the company culture, owning novel AI systems and product development while closely engaging with users to understand and address their needs.
Responsibilities
Owning novel AI systems we haven't seen others apply to this domain
Owning and building product, that you’ll ship directly to our users
Working closely with users to understand their problems and drive fixes fast
Working closely with our founders and early team members to define the roadmap and strategy
Making technical decisions about the models we use and the AI infrastructure we build
Growing the team to find people you’d be proud to work with
