Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using SQL, PowerShell, and 1E SCALE

Develop and maintain reports with Power BI for analytics and operational insights

Integrate APIs for automation across enterprise platforms

Design Solutions for Windows Core Infrastructure, focusing on client operating systems and related security configurations

Collaborate on ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, and change management using ServiceNow

Support enterprise security initiatives, including Zscaler and other endpoint security technologies

Drive modernization efforts, aligning with Microsoft's Modern Workplace strategy to enhance user experience and productivity

Required

PowerShell scripting (advanced) – script development and maintenance beyond basic commands

Windows client and core infrastructure management

ITIL framework and ServiceNow experience

Familiarity with Zscaler or similar security solutions

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
