Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for unique and multimodal datasets
Train and evaluate frontier-scale models; own the loop from idea to prototype to production
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with researchers to discover new methods
Qualification
Required

Are a self-starter who thrives on coding autonomy and project collaboration
Have deep ML chops (PyTorch/JAX), strong engineering fundamentals, and a record of shipping research to production
Prefer clear principles, low ego and prefer collaboration over titles and politics
Preferred
Frontier labs experience (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI, DeepMind)
Novel discovery through published work (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR)
Founded or led an AI/research company
Standout independent achievement (leading major open-source, top-tier role, etc.)
