Responsibilities

Review and negotiate U.S. and global MSAs, outsourcing agreements, RFPs, NDAs, SaaS/cloud contracts, managed services deals and other client, partner and vendor agreements

Ensure contracts are compliant with U.S. laws and aligned with global standards and client expectations

Advise on U.S. and international data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), export controls, and industry-specific regulations

Monitor legal developments and ensure internal policies reflect global compliance requirements

Structure subcontracting arrangements across regions

Ensure third-party compliance with client obligations and internal governance frameworks

Coordinate with external counsel and internal teams to resolve legal issues efficiently

Work closely with global teams including Sales, Delivery, Procurement, HR, and Compliance

Provide legal training and guidance across business units
