Responsibilities
Coordinate Business Email Compromise (BEC) and Data Mining projects from start to finish
Partner with technical teams, forensic investigators, and client leadership to ensure every step is documented
Manage priorities, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned during sensitive data issues or compromised email environments
Provide support for other Incident Response projects as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management or coordination experience (professional services or consulting preferred)
Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-moving priorities under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing updates
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technical experts, legal counsel, and client stakeholders
Comfortable working flexible hours to meet client needs during active projects
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
