Responsibilities

Manage a team of 11+ employees

Plan, organize, supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the plant operations and maintenance functions

Maintain the physical structures, HVAC, mechanical, electrical systems, utilities, and grounds in an operative and safe working condition

Administer labor and material controls

Train maintenance personnel in safety and effective management practices

Coordinate quality customer service activities, purchasing, payroll, and budgeting processes

Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance, serving as the technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team

Responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meets or exceeds customer expectations

Four years of Facility Maintenance required
