Responsibilities

Design, build, and refine cutting-edge web application
Implement high-quality UI components
Build the next generation of data visualization
Ensure optimal performance and maintain best practices in front-end development
Help shape the long-term frontend strategy
Mentor teammates and establish engineering best practices that will scale with the company
Collaborate closely with design, backend, and ML engineers to make massive data streams intuitive and actionable for users

Qualification

Required

3-5+ years of experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React
Deep understanding of React internals, rendering performance, and state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, or similar)
Experience designing and developing data visualization dashboards using D3, visx, or equivalent frameworks
Proven experience in frontend system design, architecture, and optimization
Experience developing component libraries and design systems (Storybook or similar)
Experience mentoring engineers, leading technical discussions, and guiding long-term architectural decisions
Startup mindset: bias toward action, rapid iteration, and ownership
Mission-driven and customer-obsessed
Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to raise the bar for the whole team
Passion for UX/UI design and creating delightful user experiences
