Leading program operations for Maritime Systems in Troy for Production and Sustainment, coordinating across Production Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Program Management
Managing financial performance using Earned Value Management (EVM), EAC (Estimate at Completion), and CSR (Contract Status Review) processes
Overseeing labor and material execution and driving operational alignment to program requirements
Developing, implementing, and monitoring metrics that track productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction
Driving operational performance through strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement

Required

Experience with orchestrating cost and schedule recovery plans on red programs
