Keep the founder one step ahead: manage schedules, travel, priorities, and personal logistics without being asked
Plan and join international travel, investor meetings, and partner events
Handle confidential information with total discretion and sound judgement
Jump into side projects—research, competitor deep dives, market mapping—where quick thinking and independence count
Smooth out daily friction so the founder can focus on building the business
Qualification
Required
Organised, fast, and unflappable—you close loops without chasing
Independent thinker who spots issues before they land and acts without waiting for instructions
High trust and strong judgement when dealing with sensitive information
Cool under pressure and comfortable around senior executives and investors
Autonomous and comfortable working solo
