AttainX, Inc. is seeking a talented Proposal Graphics Specialist for a temporary two-month assignment. This role involves providing high-quality visual design support for proposal efforts by creating compelling graphics that convey technical and management concepts to clients.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Proposal Manager, technical writers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful graphics

Design proposal-compliant graphics including process diagrams, organizational charts, conceptual illustrations, and technical workflows

Ensure all graphics align with the solicitation’s compliance requirements, brand guidelines, and visual standards

Format proposal documents in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications to ensure professional presentation

Create editable templates for recurring graphic elements to improve efficiency

Review and refine existing graphics for clarity, accuracy, and visual appeal

Maintain consistent visual branding across all proposal materials

Production of high-level presentations, handouts, and media products for used on website and to inform various audiences about subject programs

Design and create specialty communication products including highly visual briefing slides, metric charts, program schedules and various other pamphlets and brochures

Required

High School Diploma or associate degree in relevant field of study preferred

Must have 3-5 years of experience supporting Federal Government Contracting - full cycle proposal strategy and design services

3-5 years of experience creating and/or modifying graphics used in proposals, websites, briefing slides, metric charts, program schedules etc

Proven experience designing proposal or technical graphics for federal government contracting or corporate proposals

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Visio)

Understanding of proposal compliance, readability, and visual communication best practices

Ability to independently perform tasks working under tight deadlines and manage multiple graphics requests simultaneously

Experience in designing, creating, and producing a large variety of original art used in presentations, displays, charts, illustrations, reports, and technical publications

Experience with proposal development methodologies

Knowledge of infographics and data visualization techniques

Excellent verbal, written communication and collaboration skills
