Entry Level Outside Sales Trainee

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard-working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. The role involves a 12 month sales training program that includes field-based and classroom training, focusing on dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills. After training, trainees will relocate to an assigned territory to become Sales Professionals responsible for achieving sales quotas in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

Enroll in a 12 month sales training program
Complete courses covering dealership operations, sales techniques, and negotiation skills
Work with an assigned Sales Mentor in the field, observing the sales process and assisting on their calls
Travel with customer service and installation teams to enhance knowledge of products
Achieve designated monthly and annual quotas by selling an assigned set of Reynolds products and services
Sell to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory

Required

Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
Bachelor's degree
Good time management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to travel (overnight) 80-100% during training
Willing to relocate after successful completion of the training program
