Responsibilities
Collaborate with engineers, product designers, and executives to identify high-value problems
Map workflows and deploy Apiphany’s intelligence platform in the real world
Translate insights from data into decisions that improve product design and manufacturing
Qualification
Required
2–7 years of strategic consulting experience (ideally at Bain, BCG, McKinsey, or a comparable firm)
Background in Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Electrical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Automotive, or Robotics/Automation
Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and work directly with senior stakeholders
Deep curiosity about engineering, data, and AI-driven decision-making
Preferred
3–5+ years in client-facing project leadership, delivering measurable impact
Experience building or interpreting data models, or working with Python or R
Familiarity with manufacturing systems, digital twins, or data pipelines
Ability to deliver insights through data analysis and AI models
