Senior Digital Program Manager

Vocal Media is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Program Manager to lead their growing team. This role involves overseeing large-scale client social media programs, managing a team, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day management of large-scale social media programs, aligning strategic direction with client goals
Coordinate across departments to ensure seamless execution, from content development to performance reporting
Serve as a thought partner to senior clients, proactively identifying growth opportunities and innovative strategies that maximize impact
Lead and develop a team of strategists to execute social media programs, providing regular coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to drive content excellence and team performance
Monitor content output and performance across client social media accounts, working closely with team members to track audience data, engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness
Foster a positive, inclusive team culture by promoting collaboration, recognizing achievements, and motivating team members to perform at their best while maintaining high standards of work quality
Manage program operations, including tracking budgets, analyzing content and audience trends, and hiring and onboarding social media managers
Collaborate with internal departments on administrative requirements and tools to execute and optimize programs
Produce comprehensive client-facing reports that showcase program performance, highlight key metrics, provide strategic insights, and demonstrate ROI across social media initiatives
Lead weekly client meetings, presenting program updates, facilitating strategic discussions, and serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day program needs
Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients, responding to inquiries promptly and providing regular program updates that keep stakeholders informed and engaged

Required

6+ years of experience in social media experience in agency, brand, or campaign setting, with at least 3 years in client-facing and/or team leadership roles
Proven success managing large-scale social media programs and teams
Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Skilled in building strong client relationships and presenting data-informed insights in compelling ways
Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff
Comfort with fast-paced environments and balancing multiple priorities

Preferred

Familiarity with AI tools and workflow optimization
Experience with social impact campaigns and purpose-driven brand initiatives
