Responsibilities
Receive external requirements and transform into an internal intake submission ticket to be reviewed and approved for feasibility
Coordinate internal and external meetings for collaboration on drafting proposal
Attend weekly status meetings and report on current activities, issues, blockers
Coordinate with Technical Intake Lead and Optimization Project Manager on proposal
Qualification
Required
3 to 5+ years of experience in project management
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in managing and writing project plans for Federal clients
Strong background in scoping technical requirements
Experience with government proposals and understanding government requirements
Ability to develop project plans including milestones
Experience in identifying level of effort needed to support work
Ability to transform external requirements into internal intake submission tickets
Experience coordinating internal and external meetings for collaboration
Ability to attend weekly status meetings and report on current activities, issues, blockers
Experience coordinating with Technical Intake Lead and Optimization Project Manager on proposals
