Responsibilities
Handling a busy caseload from inception to settlement
Working closely with attorneys to establish caring relationships with clients
Documenting cases meticulously
Maintaining extensive contact with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and other parties involved in legal cases
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team
Strong customer service orientation, with a commitment to providing exceptional client care
