In this role, you will lead a team of engineers to architect and provision secure, multi-tenant infrastructure for Autodesk’s Big Data platform, enabling better data utilization across the company.

Responsibilities
Lead, grow, and motivate a diverse team of 7-9 engineers
Build and scale a data infrastructure that powers batch and real-time data processing of billions of records daily
Help drive initiatives to improve automation and observability of our data infrastructure
Establish high technical standards through processes and culture
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and customers to roadmap and prioritize the work for your team of engineers
Mentor and help engineers to plan and execute their career paths while also jumping into the code as needed
Meet with the rest of the engineering leadership to align engineering-wide priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Engineering Management experience in building, managing, and leading highly productive teams
Problem solver with excellent written and interpersonal skills; ability to make sound, complex decisions in a fast-paced, technical environment
Strong experience with public cloud providers, preferably AWS
Hands-on experience with modern data platform tech stacks: CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker, Spark, Presto/Trino, Hive, Airflow, and BI and Visualization tools, EKS etc
You excel at building roadmaps and can develop a long-term team vision in partnership with stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work experience
