SAP SuccessFactors PayrollPayroll implementationsProject managementTeam leadershipConsulting experience

Required

Bachelor's degree

4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Payroll, including at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors Payroll implementations

Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

Preferred

Prior consulting firm experience, preferably directly working for Big 4 firms supporting enterprise clients

Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met

Experience managing projects, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
