Document Solutions LLC is looking for a motivated, self-starting individual to join their team as a Level II / III IT Support Technician. The primary responsibilities include providing remote support for workstations, servers, and network issues while ensuring effective communication with customers throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact to customers for ticket escalations

Handle ticket escalations ranging from server support, network issues, and software installation

Coordinate and schedule IT support tickets to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources

Ability to setup, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and related issues

Ability to implement and troubleshoot spam filters, O365, Microsoft Exchange, and associated email solutions

Troubleshoot and resolve firewall, router, and other network related issues

Perform on-site installations / repairs as necessary

Familiar with business-class network technologies such as TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, and QoS

Familiar with Microsoft Server technologies such as Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange, and SQL

Required

A clean NJ Driver's license

At least 1 year of MSP support experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems / Office Applications / Ethernet Networking

Ability to troubleshoot IT issues quickly and efficiently

Be able to stay current with ever-changing technology and IT solutions

Ability to meet daily goals

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Enthusiastic positive attitude

Self-motivation with strong initiative to succeed

IT Certification is a plug (Microsoft, Azure, Cisco, etc)
