Responsibilities
Provide assistance to our salesperson by attending in house daily meetings
Answering incoming emails and phone calls, and ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner
Answering questions about in-house orders and provide assistance with orders
Updating CRM records and following up with customers in a timely manner
Keep comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date notes and tasks
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel
Minimum high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under production deadline
Reliable and a good team player with a professional, friendly tone
Ability to quickly and accurately determine key information about people and companies
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to manage deadlines
Smart and self-reliant
Ability to read emails, understand and reply accordingly
Ability to work independently and find the best solutions for a problem
Must be able to handle clients in a professional manner
Detail-oriented with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Self-starter and very organized
Internet savvy and deep knowledge of social media
Good interpersonal and listening skills
Ability to work without direct supervision
Flexibility and creativity
A great note taker, fast, comprehensive, accurate notes
Have a good attitude and outgoing personality
