Sales Development Representative - North America
Eon.io is a company focused on transforming cloud backups into valuable assets through their innovative Cloud Backup Posture Management platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify and engage potential buyers, qualify leads, and set up product demos while collaborating with Account Executives to maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business from the ground up
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profitability
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities within your territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Provide regular feedback on sales performance and market trends to senior management
Ensure timely and successful delivery of our products based on client needs
Qualification
Required
2-3 years in outbound sales or SDR roles (preferably B2B SaaS)
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail
History of exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Extensive cold-calling experience
Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-driven
Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, HG Insights, Cadence tools, Nooks, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Grain
