Responsibilities
Drive firm-wide marketing initiatives by researching market trends, analyzing competitors, and developing creative outreach strategies that align with our community-focused mission
Maintain and enhance our online presence through website updates, social media strategy, and content creation that showcases our commitment to sustainable design and community engagement
Lead the development of compelling proposals and award submissions, working closely with our team to highlight our unique approach to urban design challenges
Collaborate with photographers and project teams to document our work, creating engaging project narratives that demonstrate our impact on communities
Support business development efforts by maintaining our contact database and identifying opportunities to connect with potential clients and collaborators
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of marketing, communications, or business development experience (AEC industry experience preferred)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, communications, or related field
Someone who thrives in the collaborative, fast-paced environment of a creative design office
Exceptional organizational skills with strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with social media platforms or Adobe Creative Suite
A team player who values cooperation and enjoys working closely with others
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Wix
Preferred
AEC industry experience preferred
