Outside Sales

One Way Safety is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join their team. In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals while building rapport with customers and evaluating their needs.

Responsibilities

Develop rapport and build relationships with existing and potential customers
Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing customers within your territory
Meet or exceed designated sales targets
Create and implement an effective sales strategy
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in customer relationship management (CRM) program
Use best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to close sales

Required

High school diploma/GED required
Previous experience in outside sales
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
