Lead the end-to-end delivery and implementation of the Sapiens Reinsurance platform
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing global team
Act as the subject matter expert in reinsurance technology
Oversee technology implementation and system integration initiatives
Design and deliver interfaces and integrations across platforms
Drive the consolidation of legacy systems and processes into a unified global solution
Define and execute a comprehensive global reinsurance data strategy

Reinsurance expertise - MUST HAVE
Delivery of insurance platforms (Sapiens reinsurance, SAP FS-RI, DXC Assure, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc)
System integration, data migration, ETL and cloud
