Responsibilities
Building and managing customer relationships to meet lending, deposit, and service needs
Conducting client interviews to assess financial needs and provide personalized lending guidance
Analyzing credit and financial information to make sound loan decisions
Monitoring portfolio performance and managing credit risk, including early identification of deteriorating credits
Collaborating with team members to promote profitable growth across assigned markets
Actively participating in community involvement to strengthen Pathway Bank’s presence and reputation
Providing performance updates to senior leadership and the Board as needed
Qualification
Required
equivalent work experience
2+ years of lending, banking or financial services experience
Ability to build strong working relationships within the organization and develop professional relationships with customers and business associations
Good understanding of bank and office operations with a strong aptitude in computer applications
Effectively utilize and manage time to accomplish goals and objectives on a consistent basis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, business administration, finance, accounting or related area
