EVONA is an innovative space software company that’s redefining how operators, manufacturers, and integrators manage complex missions. They are seeking a Director of Business Development & Sales, Commercial to drive new customer acquisition and strategic partnerships across the US market.

Responsibilities
Own enterprise-level new business acquisition across the commercial space market
Target, engage, and close new customer partnerships per year, focusing on satellite manufacturers, primes, and operators
Leverage your existing network and market knowledge to open doors and accelerate deal velocity
Build strategic partnerships, representing the company as a trusted solutions partner
Collaborate with the Director of Customer Success and Technical Program Managers to ensure seamless client delivery
Work with marketing to refine outbound messaging and demand-generation activity
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development or enterprise sales within the Space industry
Proven track record closing new logos with six- to seven-figure deal values
Strong network across the satellite manufacturing and operations ecosystem
Ability to name and engage key commercial targets within the industry
Hands-on, execution-first mentality - comfortable managing the full sales cycle end to end
Understanding of SaaS metrics, ARR growth, and pipeline management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus
