Responsibilities
Work with suppliers for procurement needs, including sourcing, negotiation, issuing purchase orders, monitoring scheduling and shipping, RMA, credit, etc
Maintain accurate purchasing-related documents and assist in payment request process
Work with Logistics to review daily receiving and shipment records
Communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed
Conduct monthly procurement analyses and reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a related major is preferred
Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields is preferred
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize tasks and organize work following requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, attentive to detail, and coachable
Bilingual in Mandarin is required
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S
